TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I never write reviews but something needs to be done about Marks on the North Shore. Every time i have gone into this store, there is no one to be found to help me with customer service. On the rare occasion i do find someone, the girls at the front desk are chatting away, not acknowledging their customers initially while i stand there at the checkout for a whole minute for them to finish their conversation. One occasion, a staff member was out on the ground (WHAT!! Rare), she did not acknowledge me as a customer as i was trying aimlessly to find a product, yet she found it more important to keep chatting to her friend in her native language. On another occasion, i asked for customer service at the checkout and she said she was too busy to help but this other lady could. So i waited at the shoe section for her, but she never came. obviously i walked out.
Each review that comes in goes under comprehensive review moderation to avoid fraudulent/fake reviews.
