The manager is horrible. She bullies the seniors. She is extremely condescending and awful to deal with. There was a huge leak into my grandma's apartment, so she could be in there. She had no where to go so they "let" her use a spare bed with bathroom. She had no way of making meals and had no compensation. When we asked the manager (Judy) what was going on, she was ride and condescending. They did not check for mold and did not replace the carpets, and now we have to reach out to get them to look at it ourselves. This is not the first time Judy has been horrible . She locked the lobby bathroom so no one could use it. When a resident asked her about it, Judy told her to wear a diaper. A good number of residents are scared of her and wont report her because they are afraid that she will kick them out. There are so many issues I know about, that are equally as bad. The review is solely based on Judy, otherwise we love the building. I gave a one because Judy is condescending and disrespectful towards the residents.
