When the locksmith arrived I recieved only 4 new keys and one new door lock, for this they nearly doubled the price and insisted I leave my home while they followed me to the bank to give them cash , 480.00. When I was at the till across town speaking with the teller the locksmith came up to the teller and said to her " make sure you get the full amount of 480.00. Both myself and the teller were so shocked at the unprofessionalism of this man who apparently was instructed by the owner Danielle to this that I decided not to pay the extra 200. Dollars that a quote was a quote, nothing changed but their price. He insisted that I go to the shop and explain myself to the owner Danielle...like I haven't wasted enough of my day on this. I obliged however when I arrived to find Danielle and 2 other...
